LONELY or LUSTY

i dont get it.
boss says that i have to be more open to making new friends in office
esp when the oldies are leaving one by one
how am i supposed to do that when
the new guys are lusty old man who goes to geylang to look for love
or people who just likes to rephrase others' words as a form of contribution
it's no wonder my eyes hurt
after rolling numerous times in the meeting

i seriously need to be less bias and less comparative
