Did you drink plenty of water??
I have a article about Morning Breakfast, please enlarge and read through.
Don’t drink COLD DRINK or COLD PACKet Fruit Juice in the morning because it will affect your blood circulation and digestive system ->bloated stomach, poor complexion, easily get flu, etc….
Get a Flask fill up with hot water in the night
then next morning
when you wake up
Drink 1 or 2 cups of warm water.
Drink it slowly…….
If you want to drink milk, heat it up for 3 to 5 mins before you take it.
Be Good, Girl.
Take care of your health and you will have good future and will be able to enjoy life as well.
